Class Schedule

Our Group Training Classes are challenging classes designed to improve strength, cardiovascular conditioning, and develop a strong core. Our main class, Workout of the Day, offers a strength program Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays while Tuesdays and Thursdays offer HIIT/Metabolic Conditioning.

PARTICIPATION IN OUR MEMBERSHIPS PRE-SUPPOSES THAT YOU ARE FREE OF ANY INJURY, PAIN, DISABILITY OR MEDICAL CONDITION THAT WOULD BE WORSENED BY,
OR INTERFERE WITH, PARTICIPATION IN HIGH INTENSITY FULL BODY WORKOUTS. Those with special needs should pursue personal training instead.
