Individual Programs

One-time purchase exercise programs you can view and track in the Trainerize app for a specific duration. Most, if not all, of these programs utilize TRX, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Barbells, Bands, and other gym equipment. Please note: these programs do not include membership to our gym or any other. You will need to purchase a membership separately if needed.

Beginning Strength: $20
8 Weeks. Basic full body strengthening program with Kettlebells, Dumbbells, TRX, and Bodyweight.

21st Century Core Training: $15
6 Weeks. Utilizes TRX, Kettlebells, and Bands to optimize core function using modern training methods.

Barbell Conditioning: $10
4 Weeks. Got a barbell? Ditch the treadmill and jack up your heart rate while being a total badass.

Get Stronger: $30
12 Weeks. A periodized strength training program designed to increase strength on the Deadlift, Bench Press, Military Press, and Back Squat, build size and strength to the supporting musculature, and increase connective tissue resilience. Periodized phases include Hypertrophy, Strength, and Power.

Get Toned: $20
8 Weeks. A periodized program designed for muscle development and tone. Periodized phases include Volume and Hypertrophy.

TRX Basic Training: $10
4 Weeks. Exclusively uses the TRX Suspension Trainer. Get started with TRX with this intro-level training program.

TRX Suspension Training: $20
8 Weeks. This TRX-exclusive program intended for intermediate-level participants who want a challenging workout using only your bodyweight and a TRX. Workouts include Leg Day, Pull & Posterior Chain (Back), and Push & Anterior Chain (front).
