Strength & Conditioning: An intermediate-to-advanced class which includes Olympic Lifts, Power/Plyometrics, Strength Lifts, Full Body Resistance Training, and a Metabolic Finisher.
Metabolic Resistance Training: Suitable for all fitness levels, this fast-paced class includes Strength Lifts, Full Body Resistance Training, and a Metabolic Finisher.
TRX Kettlebell: Suitable for all fitness levels and more accessible to beginners, this class offers a full body resistance training program using primarily TRX, Kettlebells, and your own body weight.
Cardio HIIT: A high intensity HIIT-inspired workout utilizing various formats and utilizing a vast array of different equipment, from bikes and rowers, to slam balls, and more!
Abs & Glutes: We believe that human movement begins with the "core," so we have written a class that targets your abs, obliques, and glutes using a variety of different tools and formats.
Boxing: A fun way to learn the sport of boxing, learn and practice techniques and drills, and get a conditioning workout all in one class suitable for all fitness and skill levels.
