Class Descriptions
Strength & Conditioning: A scalable Strength, Conditioning, and Athletic Development class which includes Olympic Lifts, Power/Plyometrics, Strength Lifts, Full Body Resistance Training, and a Metabolic Finisher. Frequently used in the class are Barbells, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Pull Up Bars, TRX, and Rings.
Cardio HIIT: A high intensity HIIT-inspired workout utilizing various formats and utilizing a vast array of different equipment, from bikes and rowers, to slam balls, and more! This class is offered in two sub-variants:
Boxing: A fun way to learn the sport of boxing, learn and practice techniques and drills, and get a conditioning workout all in one class suitable for all fitness and skill levels.
