Whenever you register on our website you may be asked to fill in an email address or sign on to our scheduling service using your Facebook profile. An email address or Facebook profile is necessary for the successful operation of our online scheduling system, online store, and online nutrition tracking systems.

You may also be asked to submit health and medical information as part of the process of signing up for services.  This information is necessary if you're intending to engage in personal training.

We'll also retain billing information for future orders or automatic payments (when applicable)

What Do We Use Your Information For?

To develop an exercise program specific to your needs.

To improve and maximize our customer service.
To process transactions.  Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for ny reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.
To send periodic emails or text messages:  The email address and/or mobile phone number you provide for order processing and online registration may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, reminders for appointments/classes, and notices of any appointment or class cancellations. WE DO NOT USE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION FOR MARKETING PURPOSES. Even though we should as a business, we understand how annoying that can be so we choose not to advertise in this way.

We implement a varriety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you access your personal information.  All health and medical information is kept strictly confidential and we subject ourselves to the same privacy rules as hospitals and other medical facilities.

Our online scheduling system, online store, and website use cookies in a limited fashion as required for their operation. We do not track your online activity or other information.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.  This does not include trusted third parties who assist is in operatiing our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.  We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site and company policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.  However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
